Our 4-night stay at Abelia House was absolutely perfect. The beautifully decorated rooms, enjoyable breakfasts, and relaxing gardens made for a wonderful experience. David and Kate, the hosts, were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with local information. The peaceful woodland location added a touch of romance to our stay. The attention to detail, from the warm pastries delivered discreetly to our door each morning to the personalized care and hospitality, made this one of our most favorite hotel stays ever. I was really excited to visit Cape Byron Lighthouse during my trip to Byron Bay, so I chose Abelia House Bed & Breakfast primarily for its great location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the hotel has self parking and express check-out. This made my stay even more convenient. I especially liked that I could enjoy a delicious continental breakfast in my room.

Staff were dedicated, atmosphere was comfortable, it had favourable location really close to shops, restaurants, cafes and bar and both Bangalow and surrounding beaches and towns. The room was clean with a tv and breakfast when upgraded. Our whole experience was such great, would recomand...

Greatly enjoyed the room with the most delicious breakfast, my bed was extremely comfy. The staff were really helpful and lovely and the location was stunning in the forest nearby in the morning. It was also close enough to transport, and both Bangalow and Byron Bay.

Free Wi-Fi and parking, French doors to a lovely terrace, close to shops and restaurants. I also enjoyed golfing and hiking in the area. The hotel's garden added to the pleasant stay with its tranquil atmosphere. Great service and amenities.

I recently stayed at Abelia House Bed & Breakfast and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel welcome and provided fresh fruit and pastries daily. The location of the house is stunning, nestled on a bush block not far from town and the beach. The peaceful and quiet surroundings allowed us to truly relax and unwind. The elegant room was beautifully decorated, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection including hot muffins. We also enjoyed a lovely bush walk on the property, where we spotted dark brown wallabies and many birds. I highly recommend Abelia House Bed & Breakfast and can't wait to return.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this location and were impressed with the warm welcome we received via text message that included helpful traffic information. The design and equipment of the rooms were impressive and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the natural surroundings, including a lush garden full of trees, flowers, and birds. The location was also perfect, close enough to town and the beach but quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat.

While the room was clean and well-maintained, we were disappointed to find ants and tiny insects. The absence of a communal social area was also a downside, and we were unable to venture out at night due to the lack of lighting and the presence of lizards and toads.

This hotel is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Nestled near the edge of the bush, the calm surroundings offer a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms feature beautiful decor, cozy beds, and immaculate linen. The gardens are well-maintained, and the abundant bird life, complete with birdsong, makes for a whimsical experience. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the friendly hosts made our stay even more enjoyable.

Sadly, a few minor issues here and there, but they didn't spoil our stay.

A charming place with delightful French doors, where I enjoyed free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and parking. Shops and restaurants were only 8 minutes away. I had a great time golfing, hiking, and relaxing in the garden. They really know how to make a guest feel pampered!

We had a great time at this serene hotel. The breakfast served was really delicious and the hosts were really friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was quiet but not too far from the city. The peaceful surroundings and the early morning walks we took were an added bonus.

The room was a bit on the small side. It was a little cramped with not enough room to hang clothes.
